Appliance Sales Specialist - Base Pay Plus Weekly Commission! in Anderson, South Carolina at Fanning's Appliances

Experienced and Motivated Sales Associate needed to fill a retail appliance sales position at an established and successful appliance store.

Must be PUNCTUAL, professional, reliable, motivated, a team player, personable, and have a STRONG work ethic.

Experience with appliance sales a plus but not required. PAID TRAINING and RAMPED COMMISSION STRUCTURE.

Bilingual (ANY) is a plus but not required.

Position is 10AM-6PM, Monday through Friday and 10AM - 2PM on Saturdays. While we can accommodate an occasional Saturday requested off, this schedule is non-negotiable. Only applicants that can work the posted schedule will be considered for this role. Overtime pay is paid for any hours over 40 worked in a week.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
• Follow up on leads and customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records
• Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service
• Stay knowledgeable about company products, pricing, and promotions

Basic computer skills and strong interpersonal skills ARE required for this position.

Must be able to perform manual labor up to 20% of the workday.

Must be able to regularly lift up to 40 pounds.

Must be able to run a register and process orders (with training).

Must have attention to detail and be able to accurately enter serial numbers.

Must be able to work well alone or with others and have clear communication skills.

Must be organized and committed to follow through.

Starting base pay dependent upon experience. Position is a commissioned sales position with base pay plus weekly commission.

Base pay and commission are both paid weekly via direct deposit.

Sales representatives that meet basic sales and attendance expectations can expect to easily make 40k+ in year 1. Ambitious sales representatives can expect up to double that.
