  • Partner with Creative teams to develop high-performing ad concepts, testing hypotheses, and performance-driven creative iterations.
  • Build reporting dashboards and insights frameworks that translate complex acquisition data into actionable recommendations for Growth leadership.
  • Contribute to attribution, incrementality, and privacy-first measurement initiatives, ensuring accurate evaluation of marketing impact.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in user acquisition, performance marketing, or paid social within mobile-first or consumer-focused digital environments.
  • Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar acquisition budgets with accountability for both install growth and downstream performance metrics.
  • Strong expertise in mobile advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, and Google App Campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of attribution models, MMPs, SKAdNetwork, and incrementality measurement in privacy-constrained environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and translate insights into clear growth strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Creative teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong experimentation mindset with experience in A/B testing, audience optimization, and creative performance analysis.
  • Ability to operate independently with strong ownership of outcomes and comfort in lean, high-impact teams.
  • Experience in marketplace, ticketing, or consumer app environments is a plus.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range of $182,000–$215,000 USD plus performance-based bonus and equity opportunities.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
  • Flexible paid time off and company holidays.
  • Equity participation in a high-growth consumer platform.
  • Annual credits for platform usage and experiential rewards.
  • Retirement savings plan (401k), HSA, and other pre-tax benefit programs.
