In this role, you will lead a complex, mission-critical federal program supporting large-scale real property data operations for defense infrastructure stakeholders. You will oversee a distributed team responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness of real property systems used across multiple U.S. Army installations. The position requires strong leadership in a structured yet evolving environment where operational excellence, stakeholder coordination, and risk management are essential. You will act as the primary decision-maker for program execution while aligning delivery with contractual requirements and government expectations. This is a highly visible leadership role where your decisions directly influence program success and data integrity at scale. You will also drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and team performance.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing full program execution, ensuring delivery of contractual obligations, and leading cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality real property data systems across multiple federal sites.
- Lead end-to-end program operations with full authority over daily execution and contractual compliance
- Manage and supervise program teams, resolving cross-functional conflicts and ensuring alignment across stakeholders
- Define program goals, milestones, resource allocation, and execution timelines
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure program stability and continuity
- Translate requirements into actionable plans and performance targets for teams and partners
- Identify operational gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize program delivery
- Serve as the primary liaison for program performance, reporting, and decision-making
The ideal candidate brings extensive experience managing large-scale federal or enterprise programs, with a strong background in real property systems and proven leadership capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- 10+ years of experience supporting multiple real property systems of record or similar enterprise systems
- 5+ years of experience managing or supervising teams in complex operational environments
- Strong background in program management, operations leadership, or federal contract execution
- Excellent organizational and strategic planning skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working in structured, compliance-driven environments is highly valued
- Ability to travel as required for program needs
