This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Founding Product Manager, AI Corps based in the United States.
You will be the founding product leader for a new AI-powered workforce platform designed to train, match, and deploy applied AI specialists into real enterprise environments at scale.
This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, AI-driven talent systems, and enterprise workforce transformation.
You will own the end-to-end product experience across fellows, partner organizations, and internal stakeholders.
Your work will directly shape how AI talent is trained, evaluated, and embedded into organizations undergoing AI adoption.
You will define the metrics, systems, and feedback loops that determine whether the platform delivers measurable impact and enterprise ROI.
This is a 0-to-1 founding role where product design, discovery, and execution happen simultaneously at high speed.
You will partner closely with engineering, curriculum, and revenue teams while operating with significant autonomy and ownership.
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for the AI Corps platform, translating ambiguous program needs into a clear, scalable product strategy.
- Build and iterate the full lifecycle experience across fellows, enterprise partners, and internal teams, including matching, deployment, training, and performance tracking.
- Establish core product metrics such as engagement, satisfaction, partner success, and operational effectiveness, ensuring continuous measurement of platform quality.
- Lead product discovery with enterprise customers and internal stakeholders to identify needs, validate hypotheses, and shape prioritization.
- Translate commercial and operational requirements into product specifications, prototypes, and shipped features in close collaboration with engineering.
- Design experiments and feedback loops to rapidly test assumptions and improve platform outcomes in real-world deployments.
- Serve as the connective layer between revenue, curriculum, and engineering teams, ensuring alignment across business, learning, and technical execution.
- Help shape enterprise workforce training products that enable organizations to adopt and scale AI-native capabilities.
- 7+ years of product management experience, including proven ownership of 0-to-1 products that reached meaningful scale or commercial adoption.
- Strong experience building or scaling marketplace, workforce, SaaS, or talent-related platforms is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in highly ambiguous environments and turn unclear problem spaces into structured product strategies.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams on technical products, with the ability to write clear, execution-ready product specifications.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to define success metrics and use data to drive product decisions.
- Experience collaborating with go-to-market teams (Sales, Partnerships, or Customer Success) in enterprise or B2B contexts.
- Familiarity with AI tools and workflows, and evidence of using AI to accelerate product development and decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align technical and non-technical teams around shared goals.
- Bonus: experience in workforce development, L&D, HR tech, or talent marketplaces.
- Competitive total compensation package ($200,000–$232,000 annually), including base salary and guaranteed monthly supplement
