About the Role

We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Yard Worker to join our Nashville team. This is a hands-on, physical role supporting our fencing operations — keeping the yard organized and materials stocked so our crews can work efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload fencing materials, posts, gates, and hardware
• Organize and maintain the yard to ensure materials are easy to locate and properly stored
• Pull and stage material orders for field crews based on job requirements
• Receive incoming deliveries and verify accuracy against purchase orders
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
• Keep the yard clean, safe, and compliant with company standards
• Assist with occasional deliveries to job sites as needed
• Support other departments with general labor tasks as directed

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Forklift experience preferred
• Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or a material yard preferred
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
