Position Summary
Reporting to the Senior Global Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator provides day-to-day support for marketing programs, events, digital communications, and administrative activities. This role is responsible for coordinating marketing assets, maintaining project schedules, supporting trade show logistics, managing marketing inventories, updating website content, and assisting with campaign execution.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys supporting multiple marketing initiatives while collaborating closely with sales, product management, and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Administrative Support
- Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, and print channels.
- Coordinate the creation, review, and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, flyers, and promotional items.
- Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and campaign schedules.
- Support website updates, content uploads, and digital asset management.
- Manage marketing inventory, collateral requests, and fulfillment activities.
- Coordinate internal approvals and communication between marketing, sales, product management, and agency partners.
- Maintain marketing databases, contact lists, and CRM records.
- Assist with reporting and tracking marketing metrics.
Trade Show & Event Support
- Support trade show planning and logistics, including registration, shipping, hotel coordination, and attendee communications.
- Coordinate booth materials, promotional giveaways, and event supplies.
- Assist with vendor communications and documentation.
- Maintain event schedules and project checklists.
- Support lead collection and CRM uploads following events.
- Assist in preparing post-event reports and summaries.
Content & Communications Support
- Assist with email marketing deployment and social media.
- Proofread marketing materials and coordinate content updates.
- Support public relations activities and media tracking.
- Maintain image libraries, product literature, and marketing resources
Sales & Marketing Support
- Market & competitive research.
- Assist with the development and distribution of sales enablement materials.
- Maintain inventory of marketing collateral, giveaways, and promotional items.
- Support lead management processes, including CRM efforts.
- Compile marketing performance metrics and assist with reporting and analytics.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, event coordination, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Bilingual with full professional fluency in verbal and written English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 10–15% as needed.
Preferred
- Familiarity with trade show, event, and marketing campaign.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
