Dishwasher and Kitchen Support Associate
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Dishwasher and Kitchen Support Associate to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is vital in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment, ensuring smooth operations and high standards of hygiene. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the dish room, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times
- Keep the cooks' line stocked with necessary supplies and ingredients
- Monitor and refill chemicals, test stations, and sanitizer buckets every 4 hours
- Communicate effectively with the manager in charge regarding kitchen needs and issues
- Assist with food prep tasks when dishwashing duties are completed
- Mop floors throughout the day to ensure a safe and sanitary environment
- Perform deep cleaning projects as needed to uphold cleanliness standards
- Help with putting away food and produce orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a professional personal appearance and adhere to uniform standards
- Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and demonstrate punctuality
- Accept feedback constructively and implement improvements without taking it personally
Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role preferred
