As an Art Director, you will play a key role in shaping compelling digital and social-first creative experiences for high-profile brands. This position combines strategic thinking, visual storytelling, and hands-on execution across social media, video, and integrated digital campaigns. Working within a collaborative and fast-paced creative environment, you will partner with multidisciplinary teams to transform ideas into engaging content that resonates with target audiences. You will help guide creative direction, maintain exceptional design standards, and contribute to innovative campaigns from concept through delivery. This role is ideal for a creative professional who enjoys balancing big-picture thinking with detailed execution while continuously exploring new technologies and creative approaches.
- Develop and execute high-quality creative concepts across digital, social media, and video channels, with a strong emphasis on visual storytelling and audience engagement.
- Translate strategic objectives into impactful creative solutions that support brand goals and business outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, content creators, video editors, producers, project managers, and stakeholders throughout the creative process.
- Support content production activities, including pre-production planning, on-set collaboration, and post-production review to ensure creative excellence.
- Lead visual execution across campaigns while maintaining consistency, quality, and adherence to creative briefs.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions, share inspiration and innovative ideas, and help solve creative and production challenges proactively.
- Adapt to changing priorities and project requirements while maintaining high standards of creativity and execution.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team environment through accountability, curiosity, and effective communication.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in visual design, art direction, or a related creative discipline.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital campaigns, social-first creative work, visual storytelling, and video-focused content.
- Previous experience within an agency environment or managing high-volume, high-visibility client accounts.
- Hands-on experience supporting content production, including collaboration with directors, editors, producers, and creative teams.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, including typography, layout, branding, motion design, and visual communication.
- Deep knowledge of social media best practices and content performance optimization.
- Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to confidently present creative concepts and incorporate feedback.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance creative workflows, streamline processes, and solve creative challenges.
- Proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- Salary range: $66,300 - $80,000 USD annually.
