This role is a strategic, people-centered transformation position focused on bridging the gap between AI deployment and real organizational impact. You will act as a dedicated change and workforce transformation partner embedded within a business unit, ensuring employees are equipped to effectively work alongside AI systems. The role combines elements of organizational design, change management, capability building, and workforce strategy. You will help redesign roles, workflows, and skills to enable AI-augmented ways of working. A key part of your mission is driving adoption, reducing resistance, and building confidence across all levels of the organization. You will partner closely with leadership teams to shape operating models and future-ready talent strategies. This is a highly cross-functional role with direct influence on how AI reshapes work at scale.
- Design and execute a business unit-level AI adoption and change strategy, in partnership with organizational change management teams, to move employees from experimentation to sustained AI-enabled performance.
- Build stakeholder engagement and influence plans, including resistance mapping, champion networks, and executive alignment strategies.
- Deconstruct roles and workflows to identify how AI automates, augments, or reshapes work, and translate findings into redesigned job structures.
- Partner with leaders to redefine job families, career pathways, and role architectures aligned to AI-augmented operating models.
- Assess workforce capabilities and design targeted upskilling initiatives to improve AI fluency across teams and functions.
- Embed AI learning into day-to-day workflows and support manager enablement for leading hybrid human–AI teams.
- Develop workforce planning models that anticipate future skill needs, role shifts, and structural changes driven by AI adoption.
- Advise on organizational design changes, including structure, spans, layers, and human–AI workflow integration.
- Own adoption measurement frameworks, tracking usage, engagement, and behavioral signals to continuously improve transformation outcomes.
- Foster a culture of responsible AI use, psychological safety, and active participation in AI-driven change.
- 8+ years of experience in change management, HR transformation, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, or related disciplines.
- Proven experience leading large-scale digital or technology transformations from a people and organizational perspective.
- Strong understanding of change management frameworks and ability to adapt them to AI-driven environments.
- Experience in role design, job architecture, workforce planning, or organizational design initiatives.
- Ability to build trust and influence senior leaders, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong data literacy with experience using adoption metrics, workforce analytics, or similar insights to drive decisions.
- Familiarity and hands-on experience with AI tools and strong enthusiasm for AI-enabled work environments.
- Experience working closely with business units in embedded or operational transformation roles is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of learning and development, capability building, or large-scale training programs is an advantage.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
- Experience or exposure to AI-driven workflows, automation, or human-in-the-loop system design is highly desirable.
- Competitive compensation with On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $130,000 – $150,000 annually.
