This Senior Data Analyst role sits at the intersection of business strategy and advanced analytics, turning complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that guide decision-making. You will play a key role in designing and developing dashboards, reporting solutions, and data visualizations that support business performance monitoring. The role involves translating business needs into technical requirements and ensuring analytics solutions are scalable, reliable, and reusable. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, optimize reporting processes, and improve data accessibility across the organization. A strong focus is placed on storytelling with data, enabling stakeholders to understand insights quickly and effectively. This is a highly collaborative and impact-driven environment where your work directly supports operational and strategic decisions.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools to support business decision-making
- Extract, clean, transform, and analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights and identify trends and patterns
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure alignment with analytics solutions
- Collaborate with data, analytics, and business teams to improve reporting tools, usability, and automation of processes
- Optimize and enhance existing visualization systems to ensure consistency, scalability, and reproducibility
- Document data workflows, processes, and systems to support governance and operational efficiency
- Deliver training and support to non-technical users on reporting tools and self-service analytics capabilities
- 4–6 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role
- Postsecondary education in a related field (e.g., data analytics, statistics, computer science) or equivalent experience
- Strong expertise in data visualization, dashboard development, and reporting tools
- Proficiency in data extraction, cleaning, and transformation techniques
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling data storytelling and insights
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience working independently on complex analytical problems in a dynamic environment
- Competitive salary range: $56,000 – $103,500, depending on experience, skills, and location
