This is a high-performance, remote sales role focused on helping individuals secure final expense life insurance coverage through a structured, consultative selling approach. You will work with warm, pre-qualified inbound leads, allowing you to focus on meaningful conversations rather than prospecting. The role is designed for motivated sales professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment with strong earning potential. You will guide customers through product options, leveraging carrier comparisons and proprietary tools to recommend suitable coverage. The position offers autonomy, high-volume opportunity, and a performance-oriented culture where results directly impact compensation. In this role, you will manage inbound lead engagement and guide customers through the final expense insurance purchase process while ensuring clarity, compliance, and strong customer experience. You will:
- Engage with warm, pre-screened inbound leads and conduct consultative sales conversations
- Present and compare life insurance solutions across multiple carriers based on customer needs
- Use CRM and internal systems to analyze product fit and complete real-time sales
- Handle objections, build trust, and close policies in a high-volume sales environment
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within systems
- Deliver consistent follow-up and ensure a smooth, compliant application and approval process
- Achieve and exceed performance targets tied to commissions and incentives
Candidates should bring prior sales experience and an active insurance license, along with strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset. Success in this role requires comfort in a structured, fast-paced, remote sales environment. You will have:
- Active Life, Accident & Health insurance license (required)
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; telesales experience preferred
- Strong ability to sell in a commission-based, performance-driven environment
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills with a customer-first approach
- High coachability, adaptability, and willingness to refine sales techniques
- Strong technical skills with CRM systems and multi-screen workflows
- Self-motivation, resilience, and ability to manage high call volume
- Reliable high-speed internet and ability to work remotely in a structured setup
- Base salary plus uncapped commission structure with strong earning potential
- Target first-year income around $60,000+, with top performers exceeding $100,000+
