Job Description

Director of Growth Marketing

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director of Growth Marketing based in the United States.

This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving measurable revenue growth through scalable, performance-driven marketing systems. You will own the full growth engine responsible for generating marketing-sourced pipeline and bookings in a fast-paced SaaS environment serving K-12 athletic departments. The role is deeply analytical and execution-oriented, requiring a leader who can translate revenue goals into precise demand generation strategies and weekly performance targets. You will oversee channel performance, budget allocation, forecasting, and funnel optimization while continuously improving conversion efficiency across the entire customer journey. This is not a brand-focused role—it is a revenue-critical function where accountability, ownership, and results are essential. You will also lead a lean team, partnering closely with sales and operations to ensure consistent pipeline delivery and scalable growth outcomes.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and execute the end-to-end growth strategy to consistently deliver marketing-sourced pipeline and bookings aligned with revenue targets.
  • Translate overall revenue goals into weekly lead volume, conversion benchmarks, and funnel performance targets across MQL, SQL, and bookings.
  • Manage performance across all demand generation channels including email, nurturing, content, webinars, events, social media, and in-product campaigns.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize forecasting models and dashboards in Salesforce and HubSpot to track spend efficiency, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
  • Conduct cohort analysis, performance reviews, and post-mortems to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous optimization.
  • Own marketing budget allocation, ensuring efficient spend distribution and reallocation based on performance insights.
  • Lead the lead generation function with clear accountability, strong cadence, and hands-on execution to ensure consistent output and growth.
Requirements:

This role requires a highly analytical, execution-driven growth marketing leader with a proven track record of owning revenue outcomes and scaling demand generation in high-velocity SaaS environments. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with the ability to lead teams while directly influencing performance.

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing roles.
  • 3+ years of experience leading teams with direct accountability for revenue or pipeline outcomes.
  • Proven experience in high-velocity SaaS sales environments with complex funnel dynamics.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce and HubSpot for reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
  • Hands-on leadership style with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability for results.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills and ability to partner effectively with sales and operations teams.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a bias toward execution and measurable outcomes.
  • (Preferred) Experience working in K-12 or education markets.
  • (Preferred) Familiarity with ZoomInfo and AI-driven marketing tools or implementations.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary with performance-based incentives
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options
  • Paid time off and holiday policies
  • 401(k) retirement plan options (where applicable)
  • Opportunity to lead and scale a high-impact growth function
  • Budget ownership and autonomy in strategic decision-making
  • Exposure to a high-growth SaaS environment with strong revenue impact
