Cake Decorator/Baker_Cerritos Store in Buena Park, California at CJ Foodville USA Inc

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Job duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Responsible for carrying out daily cake and dessert productions based on given quantity, including icing, decorating, and preparing ingredients
• Follows and completes daily production quantity and pre-orders as requested
• Ensure final products meet quality standards as designated by the company
• Receive incoming supplies, restock and organize based on FIFO system
• Maintain clean work station and follow company sanitation standards
• Knowledgeable on basic food safety rules and safe handling procedures
• Utilize work hour efficiently and have great time management skills
• Be able to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Able to follow directions provided by store or corporate leadership

Qualifications

• Knowledge of baking and Skills/experiences related baking job
• Able to work well with others
• Communication skills and good team work
• Multi-tasking and attention to detail
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements related to cake decorating and food preparation.
  
  

Requirements

• Weekend availability is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Holiday availability is required.
• Flexible schedule, including morning, evening, and closing shifts.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
