Director, Global Product Marketing & Enablement

The Director of Global Product Marketing will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between Caseware’s product offerings and its commercial teams, ensuring customer-focused positioning that resonates with the audit and accounting industry. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will develop compelling messaging that connects with our target audience, particularly professionals in the audit and accounting fields.

This role requires a deep understanding of both audit and product marketing and is ideally suited to someone with a background in audit who has transitioned into product marketing within a B2B SaaS environment.

This is a full-time, permanent position.

Location:
This position is available to all applicants eligible to work in Canada and residing in Toronto, Ontario. This is a hybrid role, working from office 3 days a week from our Downtown, Toronto office.

What you will be doing:
  • Product Marketing Expertise: Leverage your product marketing expertise to understand the needs of the audit and accounting industry and craft messaging and positioning strategies that effectively communicate the value of Caseware's solutions.
  • Client-Centric Focus: Develop messaging that addresses industry pain points and highlights key product features and benefits. Engage directly with clients through customer engagement initiatives and support activities to strengthen relationships and gather market insights.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Marketing, to align product messaging with customer needs and ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies.
  • Product Positioning, Messaging, and Asset Creation: Lead content development and market positioning initiatives across Caseware's product portfolio. Serve as a subject matter expert in presentations, marketing materials, and promotional activities.
  • Presentation Skills: Represent Caseware confidently at conferences, webinars, customer meetings, and industry events, communicating product value propositions and industry insights clearly and effectively.
What you will bring:
  • Audit & Assurance Background: 3–5 years of experience in Audit & Assurance, with a strong understanding of audit standards, methodologies, and processes, at a minimum of the Senior Audit Associate or Audit Manager level.
  • Product Marketing Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing or a related marketing role within a B2B SaaS organization. Candidates with backgrounds in product management, demand generation, growth marketing, or similar functions focused on audit, accounting, or ERP software are encouraged to apply.
  • Technical Communication: Proven ability to translate technical product details into clear, customer-focused messaging.
  • Collaboration: Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Team Development: Experience building, mentoring, and developing Product Marketing talent, ideally within a global organization.
  • AI Proficiency: Comfortable and confident evaluating, utilizing, and building AI-enabled solutions to support Product Marketing programs.

Salary Range:

The annual base salary for this position is between $175,000 CAD and $185,000 CAD per year.

This role is also eligible for discretionary bonus and/or commission, as well as other benefits. Actual pay within the listed range will be determined based on factors such as transferable skills, relevant experience, market conditions, and primary work location. The posted range is subject to change and may be updated periodically.
