Job Description
SUMMARY
The Director of Admissions provides strategic, innovative, and mission-driven leadership across Undergraduate, Graduate, and International Admissions. The role designs, implements, and assesses a comprehensive recruitment and admissions strategy that supports the University’s enrollment goals and long-term sustainability. The Director ensures that all recruitment and admissions operations reflect the University’s mission, vision, and values while strengthening institutional visibility, brand awareness, and marketing position. This position collaborates extensively with academic and administrative units to advance a student-centered, data-informed, and equity-minded enrollment strategy that supports the success of diverse student populations.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities may include interviewing, hiring, and training; planning, assigning, and directing student workers' work; addressing complaints, and resolving problems.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in education, business, or related major from an accredited four-year college or university with 5-7 years of experience in higher education, enrollment management required. Master’s degree in education, business, or related major from an accredited four-year college or university preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, use whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
