About the Role:
We are ooking for a highly organized Recruiting & People Operations Coordinator (Temp) to support recruiting, hiring, and people operations across Avive. This role will primarily focus on coordinating interviews and delivering an exceptional candidate experience while supporting both internal recruiters and external recruiting partners.
In addition to recruiting coordination, this person will assist with a variety of people operations and administrative responsibilities, including onboarding support, employee programs, candidate and executive travel coordination, calendar management, and other projects that help keep our team running smoothly.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about creating great experiences for candidates and employees alike.
This role will start on a 3 month basis with option to extend and potentially convert to permanent.
Recruiting Coordination & Candidate Experience (70-80%)
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple teams, time zones, and stakeholders.
- Partner with internal recruiters, external recruiting agencies, hiring managers, and interviewers to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
- Manage candidate communications, interview logistics, and onsite coordination.
- Coordinate candidate travel, accommodations, and reimbursement processes.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting data within Lever.
- Support offer, background check, and onboarding processes.
People Operations & Administrative Support (20-30%)
- Assist with new hire onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
- Support employee programs, events, recognition initiatives, and office coordination activities.
- Maintain HR records, documentation, and systems.
- Assist with calendar management, meeting coordination, and occasional executive support.
- Support ad hoc projects across the People team.
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, HR coordination, executive assistance, or a related operational role.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience managing complex scheduling and multiple competing priorities.
- Strong customer-service mindset with a passion for creating outstanding candidate and employee experiences.
- Experience with Google Workspace and ATS systems (Lever preferred).
- Experience supporting HR, recruiting, or people operations functions in a high-growth environment preferred.
