Marketing Campaign Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Campaign Specialist based in the United States.

This role sits at the center of campaign execution, coordination, and delivery within a fast-paced, multi-channel marketing environment. You will help bring integrated marketing campaigns to life from planning through launch, ensuring timelines, assets, and stakeholders remain fully aligned throughout the process. The position requires strong organizational discipline and the ability to manage multiple moving parts across social, digital, organic, and paid channels. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including creative, content, paid media, and partnerships to ensure campaigns are cohesive and consistently executed. Beyond execution, you will also support performance tracking, reporting, and optimization efforts to improve campaign effectiveness over time. This is a highly detail-oriented role for someone who thrives in structured workflows, collaboration, and fast-moving marketing operations.

Accountabilities:
  • Support the end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, organic, and paid channels
  • Manage campaign timelines, workflows, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track and milestones are met
  • Coordinate and traffic creative assets, ensuring accurate and timely deployment across all channels
  • Own campaign brief intake, ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment across stakeholders
  • Execute social media campaigns, including scheduling, publishing, and performance tracking across platforms
  • Maintain campaign calendars, trackers, and operational documentation to ensure visibility and alignment across teams
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to remove blockers and ensure smooth campaign execution from kickoff to launch
  • Track campaign performance and support reporting efforts to identify insights and optimization opportunities
Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, campaign coordination, project management, or related roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams within fast-paced marketing or digital environments
  • Familiarity with campaign planning, brief development, and creative asset coordination
  • Experience with social media platforms and publishing tools for campaign execution
  • Comfortable working with project management tools such as Monday.com, Jira, or similar platforms
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance and translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
  • Ability to adapt quickly and maintain attention to detail in deadline-driven environments
  • Comfortable using AI tools to improve workflows, efficiency, and campaign scalability
