Position Summary: The customer service representative is responsible for providing customers with information to address inquiries regarding products and services. Promote the company's products and services when servicing new and existing customers. Assist in resolving customer complaints, opening, and processing new client accounts, maintaining, and making changes to existing customer accounts, and file documents and other paperwork.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Computer skills or prior experience with computer order entry system required
Schedule: This is a full-time position typically scheduled 7:30am – 4:30pm Monday through Friday.
