Recruiter

As a Recruiter at DHL Supply Chain, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the growing needs of our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. You will act as a talent advisor to internal customers, leveraging your industry knowledge and market trends to influence decision-making and ensure the acquisition of top talent.

Job Description:

• Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networks.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews with hiring managers or hiring teams.
• Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools to ensure all candidate information is up-to-date.
• Coordinate and participate in recruitment events.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR practices.
• Maintain strong communication and relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent 4 years experience, required
• 1+ year's full life cycle recruiting, preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, required
• Basic knowledge and utilization of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and/or candidate relationship management (CRM) tools, preferred
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, required
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques and platforms, preferred
