Accountabilities
  • Design, develop, configure, and maintain custom SAP MDG and S/4HANA solutions that support enterprise master data governance initiatives.
  • Translate complex business requirements into technical designs, including BRF+ workflows, UI models, data replication processes, validations, derivations, and custom ABAP developments.
  • Design and configure BRF+ applications, including decision tables, rulesets, validations, and derivation logic to ensure accurate and governed master data.
  • Build, manage, and optimize SAP MDG workflows, including parallel and sequential approval processes and multi-step change request scenarios.
  • Develop and enhance SAP user interfaces using FPM (Floorplan Manager), SAP Fiori, Web Dynpro, and related technologies.
  • Configure and manage data replication frameworks (DRF/DIF) to enable reliable synchronization between SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Develop high-quality technical solutions using Object-Oriented ABAP, AMDP, CDS views, OData services, and modern SAP development practices.
  • Support end-to-end SAP MDG implementations, S/4HANA upgrades, data quality initiatives, and enterprise modernization efforts.
  • Collaborate with functional teams, developers, and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements, security standards, and governance objectives.
  • Apply Agile, DevOps, and SAP Activate methodologies to support efficient delivery and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Active Secret Clearance and U.S. Citizenship required due to federal contract requirements.
  • 7+ years of SAP experience, including 3–5 years of hands-on SAP MDG development experience.
  • Strong expertise in SAP Master Data Governance, including Business Partner (BP), Customer, Supplier, Materials, and Financial master data objects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Object-Oriented ABAP, BRF+, OData services, SAP Fiori, and SAP development frameworks.
  • Experience with SAP Central Governance, Mass Processing, Data Quality Management (DQM), and enterprise master data processes.
  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end SAP MDG implementations, S/4HANA transformation projects, or major ERP modernization initiatives.
  • Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology, Agile/Scrum frameworks, and DevOps tools such as JIRA and ATC checks.
  • Experience developing and supporting workflows, integrations, and data replication solutions across SAP and external systems.
  • SAP MDG or ABAP certifications are preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in complex enterprise environments.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid remote environment with approximately 25% quarterly travel to the Washington, DC metro area.
Benefits
  • Competitive hourly compensation starting at $70/hour, with rates based on experience, qualifications, and market conditions.
  • Remote-friendly work environment with approximately 75% remote flexibility.
  • Opportunity to support large-scale federal technology modernization initiatives.
  • Access to multi-year projects with opportunities for professional growth and skill development.
  • Benefits may include paid time off (PTO), medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Life insurance and long-term disability coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement plan and additional optional benefits.
  • Supportive consulting environment focused on career development, integrity, and work-life balance.
