Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate precision grinding machines

• Produce ceramic or metal parts to tight tolerances

• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met

• Handle small, intricate components with accuracy and care

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Work independently while meeting production goals

Qualifications:

• Experience operating precision grinders preferred

• Background in ceramic or metal manufacturing is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with tight tolerances

• Good hand dexterity, especially with small parts

• Reliable, punctual, and motivated to learn

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
