Graphic Designer
Reports To: VP of Marketing, Rafar Group
Located: NYC HQ (Flatiron) – Office-based
Status: Exempt – Full Time
About the RoleThe Graphic Designer is a creative executor and visual storyteller for a growing portfolio of prestigious intimates and innerwear brands at the Rafar Group, including iconic American lingerie brand Hanky Panky. This role is responsible for designing compelling, on-brand graphics and customer-facing assets across all consumer touchpoints—digital, paid media, email, print, and more. Working closely with the VP of Marketing as well as the brand and performance teams, this role helps bring brand campaigns, seasonal launches, and marketing moments to life with strong craft, attention to detail, and an intuitive understanding of fashion aesthetics. The ideal candidate has an exceptional eye, a passion for fashion and lifestyle brands, and the ability to produce high-quality design work at pace in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
