Program Analyst (VA ESOM - PSS)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Program Analyst (VA ESOM - PSS) based in United States.

This role provides an opportunity to support large-scale technology operations and program management initiatives within a complex service delivery environment.
You will collaborate with technical teams, leadership, and external partners to coordinate critical program activities and ensure successful execution.
The position focuses on improving operational efficiency through strong documentation, reporting, governance support, and cross-functional collaboration.
You will help maintain program visibility by managing deliverables, facilitating meetings, and supporting strategic initiatives.

Accountabilities:

The Program Analyst will provide essential coordination and operational support for a large-scale technology operations and maintenance program. This role requires strong organizational skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to support multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and consistency.

  • Collaborate with technical teams, program leadership, corporate stakeholders, and external partners to support program initiatives and operational objectives.
  • Coordinate contractual deliverables by managing timelines, collecting inputs, tracking milestones, and ensuring completion of required documentation.
  • Support the creation, maintenance, and refinement of program management artifacts, briefings, reports, and communication materials.
  • Organize and facilitate cross-functional meetings, workshops, and program events by preparing agendas, coordinating participants, and tracking outcomes.
  • Manage logistics for virtual and in-person program events, including scheduling, invitations, participation tracking, and briefing preparation.
  • Capture meeting notes, decisions, and action items while monitoring progress and ensuring accountability.
  • Support demand intake processes by tracking requests, maintaining documentation, and coordinating communication between requestors and delivery teams.
  • Assist with knowledge management activities by organizing program documentation, standard operating procedures, and operational resources.
  • Support program reporting activities, including dashboard maintenance, data reconciliation, and reporting governance.
  • Assist with financial tracking activities, including time charging reviews and reconciliation support.
  • Provide project management support for operational improvement initiatives, automation efforts, and customer-driven requests.
  • Develop and improve processes that enhance consistency, efficiency, and service quality across program operations.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a proactive program support professional with experience coordinating complex projects, managing stakeholders, and supporting technology-focused initiatives. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience, including exposure to scope, schedule, budgeting, and delivery concepts.
  • Experience monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and supporting performance improvements.
  • Strong cross-functional facilitation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive collaboration.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Project, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Familiarity with project planning and visualization tools such as Visio is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and competing requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience supporting federal clients or government technology programs is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow as an end user or reporting consumer is a plus.
  • Experience supporting IT service management, platform operations, or technology programs is preferred.
  • Experience with reporting solutions such as Power BI or Power Apps is a plus.
  • Understanding of government LCATs and contractual compliance is preferred.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
  • Ability and willingness to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance.
