Lead. Mentor. Heal. Make Every Weekend Count.Martha & Mary is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our leadership team as a Weekend House Supervisor / Certified Wound Care Nurse.
This unique leadership role combines clinical supervision, administrative oversight, and wound care expertise to ensure exceptional resident care and support for our nursing teams. You'll serve as the clinical leader during your scheduled shifts while directing our Skin Integrity and Wound Care Program, helping improve resident outcomes through evidence-based practice and compassionate care.

CompensationLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN)$36.50 - $44.76/hour
Registered Nurse (RN)$39.50 - $48.49/hour
Starting wage is based on credentials and applicable years of experience.

What You'll DoAs our Weekend House Supervisor / Certified Wound Care Nurse, you'll provide both clinical leadership and direct resident care by:
- Leading nursing operations during assigned shifts.
- Serving as the primary clinical resource for licensed nurses, nursing assistants, residents, and families.
- Supporting admissions, transfers, discharges, physician communication, and changes in resident condition.
- Coordinating staffing needs and assisting with clinical decision-making during emergencies.
- Coaching and mentoring nursing staff while promoting regulatory compliance and best nursing practices.
- Investigating resident and staff concerns and communicating with nursing leadership.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives that improve resident safety and clinical outcomes.
You'll also serve as our clinical expert in wound care by:
- Conducting weekly wound rounds and comprehensive wound assessments.
- Developing individualized evidence-based treatment plans.
- Leading pressure injury prevention initiatives.
- Collaborating with physicians, rehabilitation, dietary, pharmacy, and infection prevention teams.
- Educating and mentoring nursing staff on wound care best practices.
- Monitoring wound healing outcomes and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensuring documentation meets state and federal regulatory standards.
- Current Washington State RN or LPN license in good standing.
- Associate Degree in Nursing required (BSN preferred).
- Current CPR certification.
- Minimum two years of nursing experience in skilled nursing or long-term care.
- Previous leadership or charge nurse experience preferred.
- Previous wound care experience strongly preferred.
- Certified Wound Care Nurse (CWCN) certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification within an approved timeframe.
