Position Summary
This Kentucky-based Social Media Content Creator plays a key role in supporting and managing the Isaacs & Isaacs portfolio, including Darryl Isaacs and Isaacs & Isaacs. This individual will lead the development of engaging, platform-native content across our social media channels. This role combines content creation, community management, social strategy, and brand storytelling to help grow awareness, strengthen audience engagement, and showcase the people, cases, community involvement, and culture behind one of the region’s most recognized law firms.
The ideal candidate is equal parts content creator, social strategist, and brand advocate. You'll be responsible for creating compelling video, photo, and graphic content; managing day-to-day social media activity; covering events and community initiatives; engaging with online audiences; and identifying emerging trends that help our brand stay relevant and visible.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Storytelling
- Produce high-quality video, photo, and social content from concept through final delivery.
- Shoot and edit short-form and long-form content for platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, website and other digital channels.
- Create engaging content that highlights Darryl Isaacs, legal education, client testimonials, community involvement, firm culture and brand initiatives.
- Develop platform-specific content tailored to audience behaviors and best practices.
- Create and produce content utilizing motion graphics, animation, captions, and post-production techniques to maximize engagement.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity and brand voice across all channels.
- Produce strategic, call-to-action-focused content that generates leads and advances prospective clients through the marketing funnel.
Social Media Management
- Manage day-to-day social media activity across all platforms.
- Develop, maintain, and execute social media content calendars.
- Schedule, publish, and monitor content while ensuring timely and consistent posting.
- Monitor all social channels for comments, messages, reviews, and audience interactions, responding timely and appropriately.
- Identify trending topics, memes, and cultural moments that can be leveraged in a brand-appropriate way.
Campaigns & Brand Growth
- Develop and execute social media campaigns that organically increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.
- Collaborate with paid media team on boosting execution and strategy.
- Collaborate with attorneys, leadership, and internal teams to identify compelling stories and content opportunities.
- Support marketing initiatives, community partnerships, sponsorships, speaking engagements, and special events through strategic content creation.
- Coordinate and manage photo/video shoots, including planning, logistics, vendor relationships, and on-site production support.
- Source and curate creative assets that support ongoing campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Provide on-site support and coordination for Isaacs team during public appearances, media interviews, speaking engagements, and community events.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze social media performance, engagement metrics, audience growth, and campaign results.
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations to improve content performance.
- Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and emerging platform features to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Report and own key performance indicators and campaign outcomes to marketing leadership.
Collaboration
- Partner with marketing, creative, and firm leadership to align social media efforts with business objectives.
- Coordinate with external vendors, photographers, videographers, influencers, and agency partners when necessary.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Contribute fresh ideas that help strengthen the firm's digital presence and reputation.

Work Location
This is an in-office position based in Louisville, KY.
Requirements:Qualifications
Required
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience creating content for business or professional brand social media accounts.
- Strong photography, videography, and video editing skills.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Working knowledge of motion graphics and animation tools.
- Strong understanding of Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and other digital platforms.
- Exceptional written communication and storytelling abilities.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Maintain a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends, to support events, content creation, and firm initiatives.
- Passion for social media, content creation, and emerging digital trends.
Preferred
- Experience covering live events and producing real-time social content.
- Experience managing content calendars and social media scheduling platforms.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Agency, media, legal, or professional services marketing experience.
- Experience with personal branding, influencer content, or community-focused storytelling.
