Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (hours may vary based on business needs)
Pay: $21.00–$23.00/hour (based on experience)

Patient Experience & Clinical Support
- Prepare patients for visits and assist providers during exams and procedures
- Perform basic clinical procedures, including immunizations and specimen collection
- Provide patient education and follow-up instructions
Patient Access & Front Office
- Welcome patients and families with warmth and professionalism
- Support check-in, paperwork, and scheduling
- Manage patient communications and phone support
Clinical Systems & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records in the EMR
- Assist with documentation, lab requisitions, and immunization records
Clinic Operations
- Prep and maintain exam rooms and supply inventory
- Follow safety and infection control protocols
Team Collaboration
- Partner with providers and staff to support patient care goals
- Participate in training and onboarding
- Travel between clinic sites as needed
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
- High school diploma or GED
- Medical Assistant (MA) Certificate
- BLS certification
- 1+ year of relevant experience
- CCMA certification a plus
- Pediatric experience a plus
- Communicate warmly and clearly with patients, families, and staff
- Stay cool and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Take initiative without needing to be micromanaged
- Genuinely care about serving underserved kids and families
