The PL Desenvolvimento Back-end will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend solutions while contributing to technical decisions, code quality, and continuous product improvement.
- Develop new backend functionalities for web applications and, when necessary, mobile solutions.
- Build, maintain, and evolve REST APIs to support scalable digital products.
- Fix bugs, implement improvements, and ensure the reliability of existing systems.
- Write and maintain unit and automated tests to guarantee code quality and application stability.
- Participate in code reviews, contributing to engineering best practices and technical improvements.
- Collaborate with the team during agile ceremonies and technical discussions to define effective solutions.
- Work with architectures based on microservices and micro-frontends.
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and product evolution.
The ideal candidate is a mid-level backend developer with strong Java experience, knowledge of modern web technologies, and a collaborative approach to software development.
- Degree completed or in progress in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Professional experience developing applications with Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience working with Node.js.
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience with React.
- Professional experience integrating with communication platforms such as Twilio or similar solutions.
- Strong knowledge of building and consuming REST APIs.
- Experience using Git workflows, including branching, commits, merges, pull requests, and version control practices.
- Knowledge of microservices and micro-frontend architectures.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within teams.
- Experience with React Native and/or Next.js is a plus.
- Knowledge of NestJS is a plus.
- Experience with automated testing tools such as Jest, JUnit, Cypress, or Appium is a plus.
- Experience working in agile environments such as Scrum or Kanban is desirable.
