Construction Operations Coordinator
Empire Property Construction • Easton, PA • Full-Time • On-Site
About Us

We manage and maintain residential properties across the Lehigh Valley and Northeastern Pennsylvania, and we're growing. When you join Empire, you join a team that values ownership, straight talk, and doing the job right the first time.
About the Role
Empire Property Construction (EPC) is looking for a Construction Operations Coordinator to be the operational hub of our construction division. Working directly with our Construction Division Manager, you'll keep jobs moving from the moment a work order comes in through final invoice: scheduling crews and subcontractors, ordering materials, coordinating city inspections, and keeping billing and job costs accurate. This is a desk-based coordination role (with occasional site visits) for someone who loves keeping a lot of moving parts organized and takes pride in nothing slipping through the cracks.
What You'll Do
Receive, log, and schedule incoming work orders from our property management company and outside clients.
Schedule field technicians, crews, and subcontractors, and keep everyone informed of changes.
Order and track materials, code purchases to the right jobs, and reconcile supplier invoices.
Schedule municipal inspections and track permits from application through approval.
Prepare client invoices, maintain job costing data, and follow up on outstanding balances.
Support the Construction Division Manager with calendar, correspondence, job tracking, and documentation.
What You Bring
3+ years of administrative, coordination, or project support experience, ideally in construction, maintenance, or property management.
Familiarity with construction workflows: work orders, subs, materials, inspections.
Experience with invoicing, billing, or job costing.
Sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple schedules at once.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Bonus Points
AppFolio or construction/job costing software experience.
Familiarity with PA municipal permitting and inspections.
Ability to read estimates, scopes of work, or basic drawings.
Bilingual (English/Spanish).
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: 55-65k plus benefits, based on experience.
Equal Opportunity
Empire is an equal opportunity employer. We follow the spirit and intent of all federal, state, and local employment laws and are committed to equal employment opportunity for all.
