Beach Front Property Management is hiring a Field Support Specialist to be our eyes and ears out in the field. You'll work closely with our Senior District Manager and Regional Property Supervisors — driving between properties, meeting vendors, checking on units, and making sure our residents get the support they need.

A typical day might include:
- Morning huddle with the Operations Team to set priorities
- Posting legal notices and delivering documents, keys, and supplies to properties
- Meeting a vendor onsite and giving them access to a unit
- Walking a vacant unit or common area and logging your notes in Yardi
- Checking in with a resident about a rent notice or maintenance follow-up
- Helping out on a special project across the portfolio
No two days look the same and every day you're helping keep our communities running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Support the Senior District Manager and Regional Property Supervisors with daily field assignments
- Travel between Long Beach-area properties (occasional travel to nearby communities)
- Post legal notices; deliver documents, keys, and supplies
- Meet vendors onsite and provide property access
- Conduct occupied unit, vacant unit, and common-area inspections and report findings
- Follow up with residents on notices, rent payments, and maintenance requests
- Verify completed maintenance work and follow up on open items
- Log inspection notes, resident interactions, and updates in Yardi
- Deliver excellent customer service to residents, vendors, and teammates
- Support special projects and portfolio-wide initiatives
- Bilingual English/Spanish (required)
- Valid CA driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance (required)
- Customer service, administrative, or property management experience preferred
- Yardi experience a big plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable driving between properties throughout the day
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented

Where You'll Work
You'll report to our Long Beach Corporate Office each morning, then head out to properties across our Long Beach portfolio for the day. Occasional travel to nearby communities as business needs require.
