The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for driving financial planning, reporting, and operational analysis while partnering with business leaders to improve performance visibility and strategic decision-making. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, ownership of financial processes, and the ability to operate effectively across multiple business units.
- Own recurring ARR, revenue, and operational reporting processes, ensuring accurate and actionable financial insights.
- Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting cycles, including variance analysis, performance reviews, and executive reporting.
- Analyze SaaS business metrics such as ARR, retention, bookings, churn, margins, and operational leverage to identify trends and opportunities.
- Build and maintain financial models supporting planning, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic initiatives.
- Partner with leadership teams to identify risks, improvement opportunities, and business performance drivers.
- Support acquisition onboarding, post-acquisition integration activities, and financial consolidation efforts.
- Improve reporting processes, data accuracy, and financial visibility across multiple business units.
- Prepare analysis supporting strategic planning, executive decision-making, and board-level discussions.
- Collaborate with accounting, operations, data, and leadership teams to standardize processes and improve efficiency.
- Support change management initiatives and help create scalable financial practices across growing organizations.
The ideal candidate is an experienced finance professional with strong FP&A capabilities, SaaS industry knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment. You should combine analytical expertise with strong communication skills and a hands-on approach to solving complex business challenges.
- 5+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, strategic finance, or a related analytical role.
- Previous experience supporting SaaS or software businesses is required.
- Experience working across multiple entities, business units, or portfolio companies.
- Strong understanding of SaaS financial metrics, including ARR, retention, margins, forecasting, and revenue performance.
- Experience with acquisition integration, M&A environments, or private equity-backed organizations is strongly preferred.
- Advanced financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning / Adaptive Insights is required.
- Strong proficiency with Excel and financial systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and delivering high-quality results.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to executive stakeholders.
