What You’ll Do:
This role will lead the implementation, integration, modernization, and support of enterprise business applications across platforms such as IBM Maximo, Oracle, Esri ArcGIS, Microsoft Power Platform, and SharePoint. The person will design API-based integrations, workflow automation, cloud solutions, and enterprise application architectures that meet business, security, performance, and scalability needs. They will work with stakeholders to gather requirements, create solution designs, and support system upgrades, migrations, testing, deployments, and production support. This role will also provide technical guidance to teams, ensure systems align with enterprise standards, and recommend innovative solutions to support digital transformation and business process improvement.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Lead implementation, enhancement, integration, and support of enterprise business applications.
- Provide technical leadership across enterprise platforms including IBM Maximo, Oracle technologies, Esri ArcGIS, Microsoft Power Platform, and related enterprise systems.
- Design enterprise application integration solutions utilizing APIs, middleware, cloud integration services, and workflow automation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements.
- Lead application modernization, system upgrades, migrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Develop technical specifications, solution designs, integration strategies, and implementation plans.
- Ensure enterprise applications meet performance, security, scalability, and availability requirements.
- Coordinate testing, deployment, release management, and production support activities.
- Provide technical guidance to development teams and application specialists.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative enterprise application solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 12 years of experience supporting enterprise applications and systems integration.
- Minimum 7 years leading enterprise application implementation or integration projects.
- Experience with enterprise platforms such as IBM Maximo, Oracle, Microsoft Power Platform, Esri ArcGIS, SharePoint, or similar enterprise business applications.
- Experience designing API-based integrations and enterprise workflows.
- Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, cloud services, SQL databases, workflow automation, and business process optimization.
- Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
- Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect
- Oracle Certified Professional
- IBM Maximo Certification
- Esri ArcGIS Certification
- ITIL Foundation
Salary Range:
The pay range provided is a good-faith estimate and represents the range the company reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Individual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and business needs.
