Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the apparel print shop, including production schedules, quality control, and workflow management

- Manage and coordinate a team of printing technicians and support staff to ensure efficient and timely order fulfillment

- Maintain inventory levels of printing supplies, apparel, and equipment, and coordinate procurement as needed

- Ensure all printing processes meet quality standards and customer specifications

- Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction

- Monitor industry trends and new printing technologies to keep the shop competitive and innovative

- Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in apparel printing, screen printing, or related manufacturing environment

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities

- Knowledge of printing equipment, software, and quality control standards

- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and perform basic equipment maintenance

- Exceptional communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are a plus
