  • Develop and execute short- and long-term partnership strategies designed to accelerate business growth, expand market opportunities, and strengthen product offerings.
  • Create and deliver partner-specific go-to-market programs, including sales enablement initiatives that help commercial teams effectively position and sell partner solutions.

  • Lead and develop teams, including managing first-level managers and/or supervisors, setting performance expectations, conducting reviews, and supporting compensation and talent decisions.
  • Establish effective operating rhythms, processes, and procedures that support consistent execution across the partnership organization.
  • Build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, strategic partners, senior leaders, and cross-functional peers.
  • Present business results, recommendations, and strategic plans clearly and persuasively to audiences across multiple disciplines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, combined with 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proven experience in business development, strategic partnerships, partner management, product strategy, or a closely related commercial function.
  • Strong understanding of third-party integrations, partner ecosystems, business planning, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, negotiate, launch, and manage strategic partnerships that deliver measurable commercial value.
  • Experience developing business plans, financial objectives, operational priorities, and growth strategies.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to interpret market data, identify trends, evaluate opportunities, and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Experience assessing make-versus-buy decisions and partnership, merger, or acquisition opportunities is highly valuable.
  • Proven people-management and leadership experience, including setting objectives, coaching teams, conducting performance evaluations, and managing managers or supervisors.
