VAA currently has an opening for a Technician Assistant! Our growing firm is looking for hard-working team players who are eager to learn, committed to growth, and driven to make a real impact. We are currently hiring Process Controls/Electrical Technician Assistant.

Our Process Controls/Electrical team is a trusted and preferred partner to major local, national and international clients. These diverse and long-term client relationships have supported sustainable company growth through 48 years.

This is an opportunity to join a team of experienced Engineers and Designers who partner effectively together to deliver value to our clients and propel our company.

Your role:

• Assist with layout plans, sections and details to specified CAD standards under the direction of technical staff.
• Help identify redlines on drawings created by others and accurately make required changes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Your resume must include:

• Currently enrolled in a drafting/design program.

Hourly Rate: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour. A variety of factors are considered when determining an offer including, but not limited to, market data, geographic location, experience, and specialized skills.
