Title: Cooler Associate

Job Summary:

Our Cooler positions are critical roles to ensure we get product to our customers, timely. This job requires someone who enjoys working closely with others and can communicate effectively. We are looking for individuals who don’t mind working hard and in cold temperatures of 34 degrees to move and load product for our customers.

Position Summary, Duties, and Responsibilities

• Must be certified and capable to safely and efficiently operate a forklikt
• Must know how to safely operate a hand pallet jack
• Must know how to operate bar code scanners
• Must know how to properly rotate product utilizing ASC Trac (Warehouse Management System)
• Must observe all finished product and inspect for leaks, poorly stacked/wrapped pallets, presence of an expiration date on bag or carton if visible, poorly sealed boxes
• Must be able to load trailers, including utilization of trailer seals
• Must be able to unload trailers
• Must be able to set proper storage temperature for trailers
• Must maintain a clean and safe work station
• Must adhere to GMP and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point
• Must be able to charge battery on forklift
• Must know how to engage and disengage the dock locks
• Must know the Quality Control Point on trailers (odor and temperature)
