Position OverviewThe HR Executive will be responsible for managing and supporting various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, benefits, and HR administration.
The role will involve working closely with the HR Manager, hiring managers, and other team members to support the organization's HR strategy and objectives. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and the confidence to interact with US-based candidates and stakeholders.
ResponsibilitiesAssist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, candidate sourcing, interviews, and coordination with hiring managers.
Conduct and coordinate interviews with US-based candidates, ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience.
Communicate effectively with US-based candidates throughout the recruitment and hiring process.
Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, documentation, and training coordination.
Manage and maintain HR documentation, employee records, and HR trackers.
Support payroll and benefits administration.
Ensure a smooth, professional, and welcoming experience for new employees.
Support employee relations and address employee queries in a timely and professional manner.
Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
Prepare and manage HR documents, including offer letters, employment agreements, employee correspondence, and termination documentation.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly communicated and implemented.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives, including employee engagement programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and policy updates.
Provide regular recruitment and HR updates to the HR Manager and relevant stakeholders.
Perform other HR-related responsibilities as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or a related field.
Experience working with English-speaking countries, particularly the US, will be preferred.
Experience conducting US candidate interviews will be an added advantage.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with candidates, employees, hiring managers, and international stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
