Job Description
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Principal AI Infrastructure & Hardware Program Management in United States.
This senior leadership role sits at the intersection of AI infrastructure, advanced hardware systems, and large-scale program execution. You will drive end-to-end delivery of next-generation AI, storage, and networking hardware programs that power high-performance, rack-scale computing environments. The position requires deep collaboration with global engineering teams, Tier-1 customers, and ecosystem partners to bring complex systems from concept to production. You will oversee multi-disciplinary initiatives spanning hardware design, validation, manufacturing readiness, and system integration. Operating in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment, you will ensure programs meet strict requirements for performance, cost, and schedule. This role has direct impact on the development of cutting-edge AI infrastructure powering modern hyperscale and GPU-based systems.
- Lead global AI, storage, and networking hardware programs end-to-end, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations across complex product lifecycles.
- Drive program governance, risk management, and executive-level reporting, including structured updates on progress, technical risks, and financial performance.
- Oversee development and execution of advanced AI infrastructure platforms, including GPU-based systems and rack-scale architectures.
- Manage UALink and PCIe Gen6 switch tray programs, coordinating design, validation, and manufacturing readiness across EVT, DVT, and PVT phases.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning hardware, software, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality to ensure seamless global execution.
- Engage with Tier-1 customers in JDM engagements, ensuring alignment on technical requirements, cost models, timelines, and quality standards.
- Optimize system-level trade-offs across performance, signal integrity, power delivery, thermal constraints, and scalability for high-density deployments.
- 12+ years of experience in hardware program management, systems engineering, or related technical leadership roles.
- Proven track record of delivering complex global hardware programs from concept through production in AI, storage, or networking domains.
- Strong experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams across engineering and operations functions.
- Deep understanding of hardware development lifecycle stages (EVT, DVT, PVT) and production readiness processes.
- Experience working directly with Tier-1 customers and Joint Design Manufacturing (JDM) models.
- Strong ability to manage program financials, schedules, risks, and execution trade-offs at scale.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with AI infrastructure ecosystems such as GPU platforms (e.g., NVIDIA or AMD) and high-performance computing systems.
- Knowledge of advanced connectivity technologies such as PCIe Gen6, CXL, or UALink is highly desirable.
- Advanced degree (MBA or technical graduate degree) preferred.
- Competitive executive-level compensation package aligned with experience and impact.
- Opportunity to lead cutting-edge AI infrastructure programs at global scale.
- Exposure to Tier-1 customers and hyperscaler ecosystem partnerships.
- Comprehensive healthcare, retirement, and wellness benefits.
- Flexible and hybrid work arrangements depending on program requirements.
- High-impact role shaping next-generation AI, networking, and compute architectures.
- Collaborative, innovation-driven engineering culture with global teams.
