Job Description
Precision Science is a leading manufacturer of animal health products. We've been producing quality products since 1989. We operate two manufacturing plants located in North Phoenix (19th Ave and Deer Valley).

We offer 4-Day Work Week and two shifts:
1st Shift: Monday-Thursday | 5:30 AM-4:00 PM
2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday | 3:30 PM-2:00 AM

The Production Technician is a hands-on manufacturing position supporting the production and packaging of quality products in a team-oriented environment. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, show up consistently, and understand the importance of quality, safety, and teamwork.
What You’ll Do:
Label, fill, package, and prepare products
Support production line setup and operation
Complete production paperwork and packaging records
Monitor product quality and production flow
Perform basic cleaning and line maintenance
Communicate issues to supervisors and team leads
Follow GMP, safety, and quality standards
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum two (2) years of manufacturing or production experience
Strong work ethic and attendance
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Basic math and English reading/writing skills
Team-oriented attitude with willingness to cross-train
Work Environment:
This is a physically active manufacturing environment that may include heat, dust, noise, and non-climate-controlled conditions.
Working with raw materials such as wheat, soy, alfalfa, antibiotics or peanut butter.
