This is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and driving the vision, strategy, and execution of a diverse product portfolio. You will have a direct impact on shaping product direction, maximizing business value, and delivering solutions that meet global market needs. You will be responsible for the end-to-end success of the product portfolio, balancing innovation, optimization, and market-driven growth.
- Define and execute the portfolio vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
- Manage portfolio composition, including investment, growth, maintenance, or sunset decisions, optimizing synergies and market impact
- Conduct continuous market, competition, and customer analysis to inform product decisions
- Identify and validate new product opportunities, including building business cases and overseeing early-stage development
- Lead product lifecycle management, from concept and launch to evolution and optimization
- Monitor and optimize product performance metrics including revenue, profitability, adoption, and retention
- Set priorities across products, allocate resources strategically, and balance core versus customer-requested features
- Build and scale the product management function, defining standards, best practices, and organizational expertise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive go-to-market initiatives, customer acquisition, retention, and portfolio growth
The ideal candidate combines deep product management expertise with leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- 5+ years in product management with leadership experience managing multi-product SaaS portfolios; experience in MarTech, Pharma, or regulated domains preferred
- Proven ownership of portfolio strategy, P&L management, and successful product launches in international markets
- Strong strategic, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills, including pricing, ROI, and SaaS metrics
- Expertise across the full product lifecycle: discovery, roadmapping, prioritization, experimentation, and delivery
- Ability to balance innovation vs. optimization and core vs. customer-driven development
- Experience building and scaling product organizations, mentoring product managers, and defining standards
- Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment in multinational environments
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with a customer-centric and outcome-oriented mindset
- Soft skills: agile mindset, leadership, planning, team management, creativity, critical thinking, adaptability, and collaboration
