The Senior Staff Quantitative User Researcher will:
- Lead end-to-end quantitative research initiatives, from scoping business needs and designing surveys to analyzing data and delivering actionable insights.
- Embed quantitative insights throughout the product lifecycle, including opportunity discovery, prioritization, concept testing, and post-launch evaluation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, engineering, data science, and marketing to align research with business goals and strategy.
- Synthesize complex data sources—including surveys, behavioral analytics, and market research—into clear, evidence-based recommendations.
- Advocate for user-centered decision-making and influence stakeholders at all levels to prioritize user needs.
- Mentor and guide peers, advancing quantitative research practices and amplifying the impact of user insights across teams.
Candidates should bring:
- 8+ years of experience in user research, product research, or applied research, with a strong emphasis on quantitative methods.
- Expertise in survey research across product lifecycle stages, from discovery to post-release measurement.
- Deep knowledge of empirical survey methods, including sampling, weighting, statistical analysis, and various survey applications.
- Advanced proficiency in R for statistical analysis and experience integrating behavioral data using SQL.
- Ability to craft compelling, data-driven narratives with clear visualizations.
- Experience in fast-paced, agile environments, balancing research depth and speed to deliver impactful insights.
- Strong collaborative and communication skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams and supporting mixed-method research designs.

- Competitive salary range (Canada Tier 1: $142,000–$189,000 CAD; Tier 2: $128,000–$171,000 CAD).
