  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, engineering, data science, and marketing to align research with business goals and strategy.
  • Synthesize complex data sources—including surveys, behavioral analytics, and market research—into clear, evidence-based recommendations.
  • Advocate for user-centered decision-making and influence stakeholders at all levels to prioritize user needs.
  • Mentor and guide peers, advancing quantitative research practices and amplifying the impact of user insights across teams.
Requirements:

Candidates should bring:

  • Expertise in survey research across product lifecycle stages, from discovery to post-release measurement.
  • Deep knowledge of empirical survey methods, including sampling, weighting, statistical analysis, and various survey applications.
  • Advanced proficiency in R for statistical analysis and experience integrating behavioral data using SQL.
  • Ability to craft compelling, data-driven narratives with clear visualizations.
  • Experience in fast-paced, agile environments, balancing research depth and speed to deliver impactful insights.
  • Strong collaborative and communication skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams and supporting mixed-method research designs.
  • Commitment to inclusive practices and values-driven teamwork.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range (Canada Tier 1: $142,000–$189,000 CAD; Tier 2: $128,000–$171,000 CAD).
  • Generous performance-based bonus plans.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Immediate vesting on retirement contributions.
  • Paid wellness days, birthdays off, and country-specific holidays.

  • Quarterly well-being stipend and substantial parental leave.
  • Employee referral bonuses and additional benefits (life/AD&D, disability, EAP, etc.).
