Friday Services is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to support our client across two multifamily housing communities. This is a part-time, temporary opportunity ideal for someone who is hands-on, safety-focused, and comfortable working independently.

Locations:
• 343 West Haywood St.
• 40 Gerber Road

Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance and respond to work orders across both properties
• Complete basic repairs including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, and carpentry
• Conduct preventative maintenance on buildings, equipment, and systems
• Inspect and complete make-ready repairs to ensure units meet move-in standards
• Identify and address safety concerns (lighting, walkways, stairs, etc.)
• Report major repair needs to Service Manager or Property Manager
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas at all times
• Assist with groundskeeping duties including breezeways and dumpster areas
• Change locks, make keys, and assist with appliance or equipment moves
• Monitor inventory of supplies and communicate shortages as needed
• Support team members and adapt to needs across both locations

Must have at least 2 years of apartment maintenance experience. Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs required. EPA certification and Fair Housing/ADA knowledge are preferred but not required.

Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, and climbing throughout the day
