What You'll Do:

Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment by performing a wide variety of cleaning and maintenance activities on outside or inside of Concast Inc. facilities.

Facilities Maintenance

• Maintains property including but not limited to offices, production areas, public areas, restrooms, breakrooms, refrigerators, windows, conference rooms, kitchenette, and lobby areas.
• Monitors and maintains proper inventory levels; authorizes purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
• Sweeps, mops, vacuums or scrubs, and polishes floors.
• Dusts equipment, furniture, and/or fixtures.
• Polishes metal fixtures and/or trimmings.
• Removes refuse.
• Cleans lavatories, showers, and/or restrooms.
• Complete weekly laundry duties at outside facility.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

• Two to four years related experience or equivalent
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• This position requires travel between Zumbrota and Wanamingo facilities

Preferred but not required:

• Experience in concrete, construction, manufacturing, or industrial labor
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual skills a plus

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, and lift 25–50 lbs (occasionally more)
• Work in a loud environment with moving equipment and heavy machinery

Pay & Benefits:

Hourly Pay: $24.00 – $26.00 per hour (depending on experience)
