Schedule: Monday–Friday | Typical Hours: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM (Flexible)
Hourly Pay: $24.00 – $26.00 (based on experience)

Position Summary:

The Custodian / Janitor is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment across Concast’s Zumbrota and Wanamingo facilities. This is a first-shift, independent role ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, stays organized, and enjoys keeping spaces clean and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning & Facility Maintenance

• Clean offices, production areas, breakrooms, restrooms, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and maintain floors
• Clean and restock restrooms and supplies
• Remove trash and maintain waste areas
• Clean windows, fixtures, and surfaces

Facility Support

• Maintain cleanliness across multiple locations (Zumbrota & Wanamingo)
• Perform weekly laundry duties at nearby facility
• Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
• Assist with general upkeep and minor facility needs

Quality & Safety

• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and stay on task
• Attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Ability to follow instructions and manage daily responsibilities
• Valid driver’s license (travel between locations required)

Preferred but not required:

• Custodial, janitorial, or cleaning experience
• Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, and lift 25–50 lbs (occasionally more)
• Work in a loud environment with moving equipment and heavy machinery

Pay & Benefits:
