About the Position:

Star Sleep & Wellness is growing, and we're seeking a Clinical Manager to support our Denton Clinical Team Members! The ideal candidate would align with our mission and values and have an affinity for cultivating professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Team & Leadership

Provide day‑to‑day support for the team while balancing hands‑on involvement with director‑level responsibilities.Lead, coach, and develop team members to ensure high performance and accountability.Hold performance conversations as needed and foster a positive, growth‑focused culture.Participate in weekly meetings and check‑ins to review progress, challenges, and goals.Take full ownership of the location, ensuring smooth operations and a strong patient experience.Step in as a clinical team member when needed to ensure coverage, maintain continuity of care, and support high‑quality patient service.Operational Excellence

Oversee and monitor the patient appointment schedule to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and quality of care.Maintain quality control for appointments, chart notes, and clinical workflows.Ensure all operational processes run effectively and identify opportunities for improvement.Manage reports, metrics, and performance data to inform decisions and drive growth.Financial & Inventory Management

Maintain and manage location laboratory supplies and sleep test inventory.Oversee invoice verification and coordinate payment requests.Support financial tracking and resource planning to keep the location operating efficiently.Business Growth & Strategy

Contribute to growing the business by identifying opportunities to enhance performance, patient experience, and operational effectiveness.Use metrics to drive decision‑making and continuously improve outcomes.Serve as a confident leader who protects the patient experience while helping the team achieve strong results.About You:
