What You'll Do

  • Perform manual journal entries and prepare quality supporting documentation in accordance with company policy and internal controls, meeting established deadlines
  • Prepare and maintain high-quality reconciliations for general ledger accounts on a monthly basis — including prepaid assets, cash, and accrued expenses — ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with company policy and internal controls
  • Coordinate with other finance teams, including Accounts Payable, FP&A, and Treasury, to support an accurate and timely close process on a monthly basis
  • Prepare various financial statement schedules used in monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Work with internal & external auditors to provide support and analysis
  • Cross-train on roles and responsibilities with other accountants in the group to serve as backup for certain functions
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by documenting processes, surfacing inefficiencies, and driving initiatives that enhance the overall effectiveness of the accounting function
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of related experience, an advanced degree, or an equivalent combination of both
  • Experience with month-end close processes and account reconciliations
  • Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong communicator across all levels — internally and externally
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, and genuinely curious

Nice to Have

  • Experience with bank reconciliations, fixed assets & prepaid accounting, and analysis
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion
  • Experience with Blackline
Where You'll Work
This role follows a hybrid work model, with regular in-office presence (about 2x a week) required at our Minneapolis office.

The annual salary range for this role is: $61,300– $91,300. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
