TerraFirma has been the Pacific Northwest's trusted name in foundation repair, basement waterproofing, crawl space encapsulation, and concrete repair since 2005. We're locally owned and operated — not a national chain — which means the people making decisions are the same people you'll see in the shop. We don't just fix homes, we protect families, and we're looking for people who take pride in work they can see, touch, and stand behind at the end of every day.
You'll start out working alongside an experienced crew, with all tools, equipment, and training provided.
A REAL CAREER PATH — NOT JUST A JOBThis is where our foremen started. Our structured Production Level 1 Training Program gets you certified and productive fast, and the ladder is real:
Installer → Senior Installer → Foreman → Assistant Production Manager → and beyond!
Each step comes with a pay increase, and we promote from within first — our leadership started right where you will. You'll also be paired with a mentor through our FIRM Foundations Mentorship Program from day one.

- $22.00–$25.00/hr base, plus per-job bonus opportunities
- Our installers average $55,000–$65,000+ per year with overtime and bonuses
- Paid travel time — when a job takes you out of town, your drive time is compensated in accordance with applicable state law, and TerraFirma covers your lodging + per diem.
Some projects require out-of-town travel with overnight stays — it's part of the job, and we make sure you're taken care of when you're on the road.
