As an Emergency Vehicle Installation Technician, you will work alongside a skilled team to customize vehicles with specialized equipment and technology. The ideal candidate enjoys working with your hands, solving problems, and bringing vehicles to life with custom equipment and technology

Responsibilities:

• Remove factory-installed interior and exterior vehicle components
• Install emergency vehicle equipment, including light bars, sirens, speakers, push bumpers, partitions, and more
• Install cameras, computers, and license plate recognition systems
• Perform 12V electrical wiring and system installations
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace
• Organize tools and inventory

Qualifications:

Required:

• Experience using hand tools and power tools
• Automotive, mechanical, fabrication, or installation experience
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in/around vehicles
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and on a team
• Comfortable working with first responders and various law enforcement agencies
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or GED

Preferred:

• Experience with 12V electrical systems
• Ability to read schematics or wiring diagrams

Entry-level candidates with hands-on experience and mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $20–$30 per hour based on experience

8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
No weekends
