Bilingual Customer Service Representative in San Juan at TPIS

Job Overview:

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service Representative for a client in the insurance industry. The selected candidate will assist customers with inquiries, provide information about insurance products and services, and ensure a positive customer experience. Job Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in both English and Spanish.
• Provide general information regarding insurance products, policies, and services.
• Assist customers with questions, requests, and service-related concerns.
• Document customer interactions and update information in the appropriate systems.
• Follow up on customer requests to ensure timely resolution.
• Transfer or escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer records and protect confidential information.
• Deliver professional, courteous, and high-quality customer service.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service systems.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus.

Required Availability:

• Monday through Friday.
• Availability to work the assigned schedule during regular business hours.
• Work arrangement: To be confirmed (on-site, hybrid, or remote).

Compensation:

• Pay rate: $13.00 per hour.
