Principal Objective of Position: The MT3 maintains the hallways, clubhouse and other common areas of the property as well as completes all cleaning functions necessary for turnover units and any guest suites. Whether you're just getting started in maintenance or have experience with general repairs, we'll provide the opportunity to build your skills while making a real difference for our residents.

What You'll Do

· Complete maintenance work orders and apartment repairs.

· Prepare apartments for new residents through unit turns.

· Help maintain beautiful grounds and curb appeal.

· Perform painting, cleaning, and general property maintenance.

· Assist with seasonal duties, including snow removal and property safety.

· Provide outstanding customer service to residents while keeping the community safe and well maintained.

We're Looking For Someone Who...

· Enjoys hands-on work and solving problems.

· Is dependable, motivated, and eager to learn.

· Works well independently and as part of a team.

· Has basic knowledge of hand tools and general repairs.

· Can work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.

· Is willing to participate in an on-call rotation.

What We Offer

· Hours: Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm

· Benefits: Health, dental, vision and life insurance, paid time off (PTO), and paid holidays off.

· Compensation: $15 to $17 hourly
