Job Description
Summary: The Process Engineer is responsible designing, implementing, monitoring and improving manufacturing or operational processes to increase efficiency, quality, safety, and productivity while reducing costs and waste.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
· Analyze existing production and operational processes.
· Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity and reduce costs.
· Develop and implement process improvements.
· Monitor process performance using data analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).
· Identify and troubleshoot production issues.
· Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
· Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
· Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).
· Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams.
· Lead continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen projects.
· Support equipment installation, commissioning, and validation activities.
· Prepare technical reports and process documentation.
· Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:Qualifications & Requirements:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
· Experience: 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, or process optimization. Experience with ERP, MES, or SCADA systems.
· Reading Ability: Must be able to read and understand English
Skills:
· Project management skills required.
· Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
· Proficiency in process simulation and data analysis tools.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO9001, GMP, etc.).
· Familiarity with process control and automation.
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
